Studio Schedule for StateWars 2012

How it works:

1. Teams are scheduled every 15 minutes. Please make sure all your players are "photo ready" at your scheduled time.   It's only a half body shot so skates are not required but you will need gloves, pants, jersey, stick and goalies should have pads on. Home or away jersey is up to the coach.

2. We will take approximately 1-3 singles of each player then a couple of cool team photos.  Here is a sample session. Click Here  Anyone wishing to have buddy shots, family pictures or coach/player photos, just notify the photographer.

3. After the photo session, we will provide your team manager with an order sheet ( one sheet for the entire team ) with a set of proofs that allows each player to identify their file number(s) and a large envelope to keep orders in. 

4. Simply select the items you wish to purchase and place the correct file number(s) on the order sheet.  Provide your manager with payment ( Cash only ... Sorry we do not accept checks.  One credit card can be accepted for the entire team order. )

5. Once we have received your teams order we will print it in the order we receive it.  ( Normally it takes 1-3 hours. )

Note:  As a show of thanks to the Manager ( or whomever deals with the collection of the team order ) they will receive one FREE 8x10 of any of their individual photos when they purchase any item.

It's very important that the photo schedule does not interrupt the tournament game schedule.  Mercies, injuries and other factors can influence this.  Please notify us at the event if this is the case.

Please note that not all teams are scheduled. Age divisions that have shown interest in the past are scheduled. If your team is not scheduled and your players would like to purchase studio photos, please notify us and we will try to accommodate you.
